Dorinova Refund & Replacement Policy
Thank you for shopping with Dorinova.com. We always aim to provide you with the best shopping experience and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Refund & Replacement Policy is here to help.

1. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be initiated within 72–96 hours after product inspection.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- If a prepaid order is canceled by the customer due to product issues:
  • Delivery charge and 1% service fee will be deducted.

- If the product is already handed over to the courier:
  • Inside Dhaka: BDT 70 courier & processing fee deducted.
  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 130 courier & processing fee deducted.

- Cashback or free gifts (if provided) must be returned, or the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund.

2. Replacement Policy
- Replacement may be offered for products with verified quality issues.
- Replacement requests must be made within the specified replacement period.
- For replacement delivery, customers must pay:
  • Delivery charge + 1% service fee.
- Replacement requests after the time limit will not be accepted.

3. Delivery Charge Responsibility
- If the product has a genuine fault, Dorinova will cover:
  • BDT 60 (inside Dhaka).
  • BDT 120 (outside Dhaka).
- Any extra courier charges must be paid by the customer.
